Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience and will notify you of any significant changes.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
International Shipping: 7-21 business days (depending on location and courier availability).
Please note: While our shop is based in New Zealand, orders are fulfilled and dispatched globally from locations closer to you through our print partner, ensuring faster delivery worldwide.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at phil@firstphilwhisky.com.
International Shipping
We ship internationally, but please be aware that:
Shipping fees do not include customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged upon delivery.
Customs policies vary by country, and we do not control or take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance.
If you refuse a package due to import duties or taxes, we are unable to issue a refund for the shipping cost.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:
Check the tracking link provided in your dispatch confirmation email.
Contact the courier for updates.
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, reach out to us at phil@firstphilwhisky.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:
Take clear photos of the packaging and the damaged items.
Contact us at phil@firstphilwhisky.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can address the issue.
Address & Shipping Errors
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you realise you entered the wrong shipping details, contact us immediately at phil@firstphilwhisky.com. We will do our best to update your order, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
